In this two-week intensive sprint, former Allbirds Global VP of Marketing Julie Channing unpacks how you can thoughtfully build and scale your organization’s marketing efforts while remaining authentic to your brand’s purpose.
This sprint ties together the key marketing strategies, mindsets, and components that drive success for a marketing team across different stages of growth and maturity. It’s agnostic to the industry in which you play or the current size of your organization - if you want to learn how to effectively scale your marketing efforts, or learn how you can best individually contribute, this sprint is for you.
✏️ Course Objectives
By the end of this sprint, you'll be able to:
- Craft your brand's purpose, promise, principles and authentically deliver on them
- Apply a marketing strategy playbook, from defining your brand's strategic whitespace to analyzing funnel health metrics
- Determine your marketing priorities and ways to address key challenges based on your company’s stage of growth
- Create marketing initiatives that play to your strengths and address customer needs

- Sprint Center: This is your home base for all content including modules, lessons, case studies, livestream links/recordings, and project instructions. (Access on Wednesday 1/26)
- Slack: Discuss sprint content, meet your cohort/section, and work through your project. You will receive an email invitation to sign up for Slack. (Access on Friday 1/28)
- Sprint Workbook: Use this workbook to complete your homework (reflection questions) after each module.
