Do back-to-back meetings, endless emails, and a constant flow of messages often take over your day? Do you sometimes feel distracted or find it difficult to carve out time for meaningful work? We all want to get more done but have limited time, focus, and energy. In this sprint, we will dig into the science of peak performance and equip you with the tools you need to get your most important work done, in less time and with less stress.

Using a neuroscience-based approach, we’ll teach you proven strategies to boost your focus and energy and prioritize your most important tasks, even in the face of urgent demands. Then, we’ll highlight ways to align your daily routine with a bigger vision for your life. Finally, we’ll show you a way to create effective habits so you can sustain your peak performance over the rest of your career.

By the end of this sprint, you will be able to:

  1. Understand how the biology of the human brain and body are at complete odds with the way we work in our modern work culture
  2. Apply a neuroscience-based approach to boost your focus and energy
  3. Implement a productivity system that minimizes distraction, reduces procrastination, and optimizes meaningful work and peak performance
  4. Create effective habits to sustain your productivity over the long-term
