In this sprint, bestselling author Michael Bungay Stanier teaches you to build trust through authenticity, create resilient relationships, and set goals that matter – evergreen concepts that are easy to talk about and hard to do.

✏️ Course Objectives

By the end of this sprint, you’ll develop three tools to effectively manage team members to higher performance and retain them, especially in a remote/hybrid workplace. You will be able to:

• Move out of your comfort zone to build strong relationships
• Identify your management philosophy and understand its impact on your team
• Understand the building blocks of trust and identify your strengths and weaknesses in building it
• Communicate the way you work in a way that is clear and actionable to your team
• Understand the characteristics of a “great goal” and lead conversations that help to reveal the right goals for your people
• Put the “five most important coaching questions” to work in your 1:1 meetings
• Establish a system of coaching your team towards goals and measuring your progress
